This Midlands based Housing Association are looking for a Contracts Manager to contract manage all aspects of the responsive repairs and voids contracts on a daily basis. You will carry out health and safety inspections and audits to ensure the work delivered meets this criteria.

As the Contracts Manager you will contract manage all aspects of the day to day maintenance and voids. You will manage contractors holding monthly meetings with them to ensure the expected KPIs are delivered on time and to budget. You will carry out inspections to ensure all the maintenance delivered meets the health and safety requirements. You will carry out stock condition surveys.


You will have a proven track record managing repairs and voids contracts within a social housing capacity. You will have carried out inspections and stock condition surveyors across residential general needs housing. You will be motivated to provide a high quality service always looking for ways to improve.
