An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Administrator to join a leading organisation based in Smethwick. This role offers lots of opportunity to progress and get involved with more than just the administration.

You will be joining a small but extremely dedicated team and will report directly to the office manager who will be able to off extensive training within the role.

Pay: £8.00-£9.00ph
Hours: Mon-Thurs 8:00am-4:30pm and Friday 8:00am-12:45pm
Duration: Temporary to permanent
Based: Smethwick with free parking on sit and on a main bus route

Duties:

Process sales orders
Prepare stock information
Take minutes in meetings
Prepare and process delivery notes
Pack and prepare orders if needs be at busy times

Experience & skills required:
Proven experience within administration
Excellent organisation skills as well as excellent time management skills
Excellent telephone manner
Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Discretion when dealing with sensitive information
