All our other teams - commercial, technical, design, construction - The role of Land Manager involves identifying and purchasing suitable land, working with our Planning and Design & Technical teams to secure the necessary permissions, and handing over the sites for us to build on. Our Land Manager not only identifies and secures new land opportunities, they also pride themselves on developing and maintaining excellent working and personal relationships - with colleagues and staff at every level, and with customers, suppliers and the outside world in general. This role is pivotal to the company’s sustained growth. You’ll need previous experience as a Land Manager or in in a senior role at a housebuilder or land agent in our sector, with an impressive track record of delivering successful projects and outstanding deals. Relevant qualifications, extensive knowledge of the residential property market and an established network within the industry, plus a broad range of skills including presentation, communication and planning, will enable you to lead a high performing team and challenge, support and influence others.
