Our client, a global manufacturer of timber windows and doors have an exciting opportunity based in the East Midlands region for a driven and passionate Sales Manager.
The purpose of the role is to contribute to the overall growth of the company through new sales; identifying projects of interest, prospecting and targeting new accounts through market intelligence. You will targeting builders, architects, joiners, installers and home owners, through clear understanding of products and the industry you will have the ability to specify products as per the client’s requirements.
Applicants will also be working with key branches and customers to support on sales opportunities for windows. You will also assist with the training of branch representatives to sell and promote products and cross sell the company’s other products.
The successful candidate will have in-depth experience in timber frames including the ability to measure, advise on solutions and provide technical input. Demonstrating the ability to negotiate trading agreements, pricing opportunities, special deals, promotions and contract support. You will also have strong communication skills, influencing and networking skills, be self-motivated and take personal ownership for business development.
A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
