IS Customer Service Delivery Manager - Nottinghamshire - GBP65-75k + package

A large, well-known organisation is looking for an IS Customer Service Delivery Manager to join their European IS function based in Nottinghamshire.

Leading a team of 22 (4 direct reports), you will be accountable for the quality of service provision to the European business. Your focus will be on making improvements to ensure a seamless user experience through improved use of technology, process and appropriate frameworks.

To that end, you will also manage a 3rd party managing the organisation's outsourced service desk. This role will require excellent stakeholder management and 3rd party engagement. With 5 locations around Europe, there will be some travel required although it is not expected to be extensive.

You will require great people leadership skills as well as the ability to manage and influence upwards. As part of the senior management team within IS, you will have involvement in setting and pushing the strategic direction for the organisation. If you have experience in a large, complex environment then that will be highly beneficial.
