Location: Sutton Coldfield

Salary: up to £25,000

Our client is a firm of independent Financial Planners who specialise in the management of investment portfolios and pensions, now due to their continued growth are seeking an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join their team.

The successful candidate will be working for a Business who put their Clients at the heart of everything they do, and offer excellent career development to their staff.

Providing direct administration support in a demanding environment, the role will be varied; fast paced and offer ongoing training and development. You will have the opportunity to work in a supportive team environment where progression is supported for CII qualifications if desired.

  • Fees and commission processing/reconciliations
  • Assisting to compile Suitability Reports
  • Preparing and processing new business through to completion in line with FCA regulations and company procedures
  • Protection, pension and investment administration
  • Submitting letters of authority and obtaining relevant information from the provider, to be presented to the IFA in a presentable manner
  • Compiling review files, including obtaining illustrations from providers
  • Liaising with providers, clients, colleagues and IFA
  • Preparing policy summaries for clients, including valuations
  • Processing client withdrawals and income drawdown
  • Reviewing platform investments, including maintaining cash balances and selling, buying or switching of assets
  • Dealing with client queries and on-going servicing
  • Maintaining client files
  • Ensuring TCF & compliance procedures are adhered to
  • Compiling and maintaining internal reports
  • Data processing

The successful candidate will need to have previous experience working as a Financial Services Administrator with excellent knowledge of back office system such as Adviser Office, You will have solid communication and articulations skills s well s the ability to multi task.
