Motor Vehicle Service Advisor
J&L Recruitment are recruiting for a Motor Vehicle Service Advisor on behalf of an established franchised motor dealership representing one of the main volume brands in the UK. This is an exciting opportunity in the fast paced world of automotive retailing, where you will be at the heart of providing the ultimate in customer service and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities include: Welcoming all customers at Service Reception in an warm and professional manner, qualifying their needs, agreeing service and repair instructions and booking vehicles into the workshop Management of the customer journey throughout the time their vehicle is on site, liaising with all relevant internal personnel to ensure complete customer satisfaction Closely working with Workshop Controller and Technicians ensuring customers are advised of progress or delays Maximising workshop sales and profitability through having sales minded professionalism and proactively selling products and services to customers Invoice explanation, processing customer payments and conducting customer exit interviews Previous experience working as a motor vehicle service advisor is essential. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to multi-task and prioritise in a demanding environment, keeping a level head in times of pressure.
