We currently have an excellent opportunity in Stratford Upon Avon, working with the UK's leading provider of IT services. As a 2nd line Service Desk Analyst working for a large IT service provider on a rolling contract, you will represent our client and provide impeccable support for business' nationwide. This role in Stratford Upon Avon is a superb opportunity for someone who is passionate about developing within an IT support environment while delivering excellent customer service and is keen to develop their career in Second Line Analyst role for a dynamic industry and advance their existing skillset.

Our First Line Analyst role based in Stratford Upon Avon involves providing hardware and software support. You will also be required to evaluate, test and benchmark potential equipment, whilst identifying underlying IT issues. Using internal systems you will be logging IT requests, handling ticket management and tracking these through to completion. This will include standard 2nd line duties and utilising Microsoft Office applications and bespoke ticketing systems such as Remedy, to perform your tasks. You will be providing troubleshooting services across all users/products assistance in any project work when needed.

Your Responsibilities

  • Call taking
  • Queue management
  • Good time keeping (Scheduled Adherence)
  • To deliver outstanding service by understanding users IT and business needs
  • To provide centralised advice and support to customer inline with contractual arrangements
  • Flexible working approach due to working hours
  • Provide single point of contact for contract users
  • Develop and maintain rapport with end users
