On behalf of my client in Bromsgrove we are recruiting for an Office Administrator to join their team. This will be on an permanent full time or part time basis ( min of 30 hours for part time )
Full time- Working hours
Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5.30pm , Friday 8.30am -4.30pm
Part time working hours
Working 30 hours per week, however my client is flexible with starting / finishing times.
As an office administrator your daily administrative tasks will be taking ownership of the CRM system
Checking customer details on the CRM before progressing to invoice.
Ensuring the delivery and receiving of customer items.
Taking initial phone enquiries and routing them to the engineers.
Fire alarm testing and ah-hoc health and safety checking.
Looking for new opportunities
Logistical organisation of trade shows.
Following up leads post events.
Marketing campaigns in the run up to key new products and events.
Marketing campaigns to existing clients for upselling and maintenance contracts etc
Representing the company at association events
The successful person will be proactive and always striving to streamline processes.
