We're Monarch Education - a UK-wide education recruitment agency placing teachers and education professionals in short-term, long-term and permanent roles. Personal and professional, our service begins and ends with people - from the consultants we hire, to the teachers we place, and the close relationships we build with clients. We are looking to recruit a Receptionist/Administrator to carry out full reception duties and provide additional administration support to different areas of the business. Previous experience is desirable but not essential. Good IT skills are essential. Key Responsibilities: *Deal with all visitors to the reception area ensuring excellent customer service provision *Respond to all initial queries (email/telephone/face-to-face queries) and pass to the relevant person/team in a timely manner *Handling inbound calls, ensuring accurate messages are taken and distributed accordingly *Work closely with the Office Manager to ensure the smooth running of general business functions such as room bookings, post, stationary/office equipment, marketing and client gifts *To provide administration support to the Senior Management Team, as and when required maintaining confidentiality. *To assist the Office Manager with administration support including arranging equipment maintenance visits, dealing with equipment breakdown engineers and any other facilities-related visitors to the office. *To organise Staff functions including room bookings/venue bookings and overall coordination, as well as organising refreshments when needed Desired skills *Good communication skills, both written and verbal *Confident, welcoming approach *Attention to detail *Competent with Microsoft Office and Outlook *Personal motivation and a can do attitude Hours: Between 07:30 - 17:30 depending on business needs.
