Job Title: Customer Service Administrator

FULL-TIME - 08:30-17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:30-15:45 on Friday

Location: Alcester, Warwickshire

Salary: GBP22K - GBP23,500 (dependent on experience)

Our client is looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to act as first point of contact for customers from initial enquiry through to order.

Responsibilities to include:

*First point of contact to all customers
*To work closely with the sales team and support them to achieve sales objectives and improve sales efficiency and customer satisfaction
*Manage and develop existing business in line with customer segmentation, rules and procedures
*Escalate internal and customer enquiries on service and product availability, prices, delivery times, and the status of orders so that enquiries are dealt with promptly and accurately
*Use databases or other computerised systems to maintain up-to-date customer records

Key skills required:

*Previous experience in a Customer Service role
*Strong administrative skills with proficient IT skills
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills
To be able to take ownership of any issues and see them through to resolution
*A team player with a 'can do' attitude
