Internal Sales Executive (B2B/ Account Management/ New Business)

Stoke on Trent

Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm

GBP18,000 to GBP24,000 per annum + Company Pension + 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holiday

Internal Sales Executive required for a small but growing distributor supplying manufacturers and engineering companies in the Staffordshire, Shropshire and Cheshire regions. This is a great opportunity to join an outgoing team with a fun company culture.

The successful candidate will be confident in contacting existing and new clients over the phone and have a professional phone manner. Any previous experience in an account management/ cold calling/ sales or call centre style role will be highly beneficial. All product training will be given - the most important aspect is your confidence and motivation.

Your role will be split between account management and cold calling new clients in the Shropshire, Staffordshire and Cheshire regions. Initially you will be more focused towards cold calling as you learn your trade and develop relationships with clients. You will also be given contacts of pre existing clients to manage and bring in repeat business.

The company are part of a larger group with distribution centres across the UK. The site is small and compact but the amount of orders has nearly doubled over the past two years. This is a new role due to planned company expansion.
