Due to the continued growth of our expanding client we are seeking two experienced Sales Administrators to join the company on a Full Time Permanent Basis.

As the Sales Administrator your duties will include:

Sales order processing

Inputting orders and uploading documents to ensure compliance

Dispatching goods

Liaising with hauliers/carriers

Booking in goods received

Liaising with customers/suppliers

Resolving queries with either customers or suppliers

Resolving stock related queries

As an experienced Sales Administrator you will have experience of the following

Good Excel skills, intermediate at the very minimum

Confident telephone manner

Problem solving skills

Ability to multi task

Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise

Team player, willingness to help out other members of staff when needed

Customer service background

Experience of Sage would be advantageous to this company.

The working hours will be Monday to Friday 8.30am - 17.00pm. Free Parking.

28 days leave including bank holiday plus Christmas close down.
