A wonderful opportunity has arisen to be a significant part of a growing organization as an interim HR Business Partner in a 80/20 strategic /operational role. You'll be involved in the entire length and breadth of HR from: recruitment and talent to dealing with ER issues.

Joining this progressive business, you'll be partnering closely with functional leaders and advising the operational and strategic needs of the organisation and supporting on all aspects of the full employee life cycle.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting and coaching leaders on the entire employee lifecycle including recruitment, performance management, capability and ER
  • Partnering closely with departmental leaders, ensuring that they have a 2-year people plan to meet their needs
  • Managing ER cases, investigating conduct issues
  • Providing guidance on talent and succession planning
  • Keeping abreast of workforce changes, updating policies and procedures as required in line with legislative changes
  • Carry out training needs analysis
  • Conducting exit interviews
  • Leading on complex organizational change issues such as TUPE transfer

What you'll be:

  • Degree or Masters Level HR qualification CIPD equivalent
  • Good understanding of the HR arena and Business Partnering Model
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to demonstrate experience in influencing within a hierarchy of levels
  • Ability to interpret data and engage stakeholders to make informed decisions and deliver business focused solutions
  • Experience of adapting, leading and/or supporting teams through change
