Quattro Recruitment are currently recruiting an Administrator for our well-established client, based near Warwick.

This is a full time, permanent role working 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday between 8am - 6pm.

The salary for this role is GBP18,000 per annum and is the perfect opportunity for an experienced administrator to join an organisation who will support them to develop their skills.

The ideal candidate will be a successful administrator who possesses excellent written and organisational skills, who is looking to progress their career.

Duties of this role will include, but are not limited to:

• Delivering excellent customer service
• Deliver case management to a portfolio of clients, such as; new cases, case reviews, booking appointments and closing cases
• Liaising with clients, their employees, internal staff and 3rd parties
• Meeting SLA's within specific time frames and working to tight deadlines
• Escalate slow progressing or complex cases to the team leader
• Ensure strict compliance with GDPR

Essential criteria:

• Experience in a customer service, case management or Occupational Health environment
• Have excellent attention to detail and be proactive
• Computer literate to include the use of Excel, Word, Outlook and database systems
• Willing to be proactive in your own development
