Hamlin Knight are recruiting for several Administrator /Receptionists & Customer Service Assistants for a well established Coventry based company.
Duties to include :
*Undertake general filing / administration duties as and when required
*Manage the timely and proficient answering, and appropriate transferring of incoming calls through the switchboard.
*Be professional and welcoming at the front of House position for all company staff, customers and visitors, whilst dealing with any face to face support requirements
*Provide assistance as required in the booking of meeting rooms / hotel rooms, housekeeping and hospitality.
*Provide administration support on an adhoc basis as agreed by your Manager
*Managing queries and complaints for customers

The ideal candidate will be well organised with the ability to prioritise their work load, have a good telephone manner and communication skills and most importantly be a team player.
