Human Resources Administrator Nuneaton
Your new role
You will deliver administration to the highest excellence & accuracy. You will be responsible for ensuring contracts of employment are in place, archiving and filing in line with GDPR and some payroll entering of data to Excel. You will be highly involved in supporting the Human Resourcing team with adhoc duties typically around onboarding.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a motivated individual who has a real passion to work within the Human Resourcing function. You will be open to learning and developing your skills and your knowledge base within this area. You will also need to have strong accuracy and attention to detail needed to thrive in this role. You will need great communication skills as you will be liaising with colleagues from all levels of the business. Ideally you will have a good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Software, specifically excel.
What you'll get in return
You will be provided an annual salary of GBP18,000 to GBP20,000 (depending on experience).
