My client is a leading non-profit organisation, looking for a product strategy manager with passion, commitment and effective-leadership skills with proven experience of stakeholder management.

The successful candidate will support the CRM team to deliver a range of products that enables the organisation to deliver the agreed acquisition, development, retention and reactivation plans. Desirably, holding or working toward your IDM (or equivalent) would be favourable.

Responsibilities include:

* Specialist area contribution to the overall CRM strategy and the development of the 5-year supporter development plan
* Accountability for leading and designing product development for the CRM team and all key stakeholders working closely with the Data & Insight and Brand teams
* Identifying overall strategic approach across all products to deliver a focused combined annual product development plan for the CRM team, and across the business managing wider stakeholder input and collaboration
* Monitoring and reporting on product surpluses and making recommendations within CRM to achieve annual plan
* Actively monitoring the product competitor environment and to actively seek out new opportunities within the wider business
* Leading, developing and motivating a high performing team, undertaking annual performance development reviews and supporting the delivery of the annual CRM plan through maintenance and introduction of the required products
* Maintaining Gaming and Lottery code compliance reporting to the Trading Board; working in tandem with the Digital team to develop online propositions
* Ensuring all activities and materials comply and are within budget and financial measures entailing brand guidelines, sign-off processes, relevant legislation and best practise with all company policies and procedures

Role specific knowledge and skills required:

* Previous experience of product development and budget management
* Proven experience of stakeholder management and influencing skills
* Line management experience as this role manages a small team
* Strong verbal, written, presentation and numeracy skills
