Job Description

As the After Sales Administrator your main responsibilities will include processing all customer service technical enquirers and dealing with enquirers efficiently and ensuring customers are kept up to date all the time. As well as liaise with customer service engineer to book customer site visits for them. You will need to Liaise with all the other brands associated to Porcelanosa to order spare parts that are covered under warranty. You will need to produce a monthly report for the General Manager detailing approved claims, costs and status ie; covered under warranty or not under warrant and be responsible for ordering and maintaining stock of all spare parts used by Customer Services engineers. As after sales with be dealing with possible complaints and enquirers it is essential that you are confident on all aspects of company policy and operations when dealing with and speaking to customers and suppliers.

* Good standard of numerical and written literacy
