Hours of Work:9.00am – 5.00pm – Mon – Thurs + Fri 9.00am – 2.30pm
As Telemarketing Agent you will be making Business to Business calls speaking to Senior Managers to arrange appointments for new business opportunities.The main elements of Telemarketer role will be:
- Researching the relevant contact names and details as requested. Sending out a mail shot and making a telephone call to follow up.Contacting new, existing and potential clients to establish their need for the services offered by the client.Explaining and promoting the Services of our Clients and during the discussions arranging appointments or directly selling their services.Maintaining an effective call monitoring system to ensure that potential clients are telephoned on a regular basis at the relevant time.Updating & cleansing computerised prospect data records.
The suitable Telemarketer will have the following skills and experience:
- Must have Business to Business telephone marketing experience.
- Be computer literate
- Have an excellent telephone manner with a good command of the English language.
- Organised, keen to achieve and able to rise to a challenge
