We are recruiting for a Learning & Development Coordinator for a successful, expanding business within Wolverhampton that operate within the Banking & Finance sector.

This role is offered on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract to cover Maternity Leave.

Working for this market-leading organisation in the role of Learning & Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

- Coordinating and preparing of the learning and development activities across all levels of the organisation.

- Supporting the L&D team with their daily administration requirements.

- Taking responsibility for a number of tasks to include: scheduling learners onto development sessions, sending event invitations, preparation of training sessions for the trainer to then deliver, post-course administration, administration and reporting of the Computer Based Training System.

- Being proactive in managing your entire workload whilst ensuring confidentiality and quality standards are upheld consistently.

To be considered for the role of Learning & Development Coordinator, you will have the following:

- Prior experience within an administration role

- Excellent IT Skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)

- Excellent attention to detail

- Great organisational skills

- A proven ability to prioritise your workload efficiently

In the position of Learning & Development Coordinator, you will receive:

- £21,000 per annum

- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays

- Performance related bonus (up to 20% of annual salary)
