Are you looking for a challenging and varied role in a fun and fast paced environment? This role is working internally within Office Angels who are part of the Adecco Group. You will be responsible for supporting a team of successful and driven recruitment consultants on a daily basis as well as the branch manager in all administrative tasks including:-

Candidate care - our candidates mean the world to us and we want to look after them, you will be intrinsic in this process by offering outstanding service in a polite and professional manner. You will have daily contact with our candidates and eventually you will be trained to interview them. Their pay, their holiday and their welfare will all be part of your responsibility and this is an important job. You must possess excellent customer service skills, excellent attention to detail and a passion for helping people.

Dealing with incoming calls from clients. Our clients can have a number of queries from giving us details for temporary bookings and permanent vacancies to asking about timesheets being completed. Again this is an important part of the role and excellent customer service skills are key as is the ability to listen and take on information and relay messages accurately if consultants aren't available.

Loading of confidential information onto internal system. You will have previously worked with an internal system and have the ability to pick up new systems quickly and with ease. The information we load from our candidates is confidential and includes bank details therefore excellent attention to details is key. We also work to strict KPI's for the loading of such information therefore being able to work to deadlines is critical.

Credit checking new companies, again your attention to details will come in to play in this area of work.

Managing all health & safety administration. Our candidates health & safety is of the upmost importance to us therefore we take the administration for this very seriously and you will be responsible for ensuring we have all of the correct client information we need prior to sending candidates out to work.

Sending out customer satisfaction surveys. We want to ensure our clients and candidates are happy with the service they've received.

Processing timesheets on a weekly basis. Managing payroll is one of the most important parts of this role, we need to ensure we get this right, first time, every time to ensure we have a happy workforce who want to work for us.

Assisting with filling temporary assignments. This will come in time as you progress in the role and develop in your career with us.

We are looking for a driven, motivated, friendly and outgoing individual to join our team. You will have gained some office experience previously ideally within a role where you have been customer facing. There is a marketing element to this role therefore if you do have a creative flair this would be advantageous. You must be willing to go above and beyond in offering exceptional service and be able to work in what can sometimes be a very busy and pressured environment.
