As a Receptionist you will be working as the first point of contact to our customers either on the phone or welcoming them in person so your customer service skills will be second to none. It’s a busy role where you’ll be involved in a variety of tasks including administration duties to support our cash office customers with receiving, processing and reconciling their card, cheque and cash payments. You may be asked to contact our customers to follow up on outstanding payments as well as advising on current promotions and chasing up orders so as well as a head for numbers and an eye for detail you’ll need to be organised.
As well as strong administration skills and an eye for detail you’ll also need an enthusiastic, confident and adaptable approach to carrying out duties, be willing and able to assist with other depot tasks if needed and have a flexible approach to working hours.
