Mitchell Adam is currently resourcing for an established Purchase Ledger Clerk for a client in Coventry. Working with the Finance and Commercial teams the successful applicant will ensure suppliers are paid on time with a high degree of accuracy. This is a multi-facetted role and duties include; invoice processing, supplier reconciliations and supplier queries in addition to making improvements to accounts payable ways of working.

Ideally, you will:
• Have proven experience within a Purchase Ledger Clerk role with an understanding of all aspects of a finance department
• Have a passion to meet deadlines utilising great organisational skills to help meet these on a daily basis
• Communicate both written and verbally to a high standard aware that you will be liaising with a varied client base utilising different methods
• Be Microsoft literate with experience in using excel, specifically producing pivot tables and v look ups
