You will manage all aspects of the department on a day to day basis and ensure the delivery of top-class customer service and adherence to service level agreements. You will be responsible for monitoring processes, continuous improvement and for achieving KPI’s.
You will oversee individual and team performance, you will ensure FCA regulations are adhered to hold regular team meeting and regular 1 to 1 sessions with individual team members, produce reports and manage relationships.
You must have previous management experience within a customer service environment working within a regulated environment (Finance, Banking or Debt Collection). You will with the ability to influence others and at all levels. You will be self-motivated, be a team player, be able to prioritise, work to deadlines and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You will manage external relationships with suppliers, assist management by providing up to date and relevant information and provide support for client meetings.
This is a permanent position; the salary is up to £ 24,000 per annum and there is an excellent array of company benefits.
