Account Manager (Corporate Relocation Services)

Position: Corporate Services Consultant
Location: Notting Hill
Job type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 6.00pm
Salary: GBP17,000 - GBP19,000 per annum depending on experience, plus a generous commission structure

About the role:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our busy Corporate Services Team, based at our Head Office in the City. Our Corporate Services Consultants provide bespoke relocation services to corporate clients including some of the largest and prestigious organisations in the world, embassies and charities. The Corporate Services Consultant will be responsible for maintaining and building existing relationships with clients as well as developing their own new business.

We're looking for someone with bags of energy, who takes pride in delivering exceptional service levels 100% of the time; most importantly of all, you must thrive on working with people, under pressure and in a competitive environment.


- Cold calling new clients.
- Fully registering and distributing applicants.
- Chasing offices and closing deals.
- Developing relationships with new corporate clients & relocation agents through meetings and presentations.
- Managing existing corporate accounts and relocation portfolios.
- Providing a first-class service to all stakeholders.
- Ensuring clients' expectations are managed correctly, with the aim of exceeding them.
- Negotiating with all parties to ensure the best outcome for everyone.
- Managing the process from an offer being agreed to Tenancy Agreements being signed, through to move-in.
