Experienced Service Advisor required to work within an established franchised motor dealership in the Stoke on Trent area, representing one of the main volume brands in the UK. This is an exciting opportunity in the fast paced world of automotive retailing, where as a busy Service Advisor you will be at the heart of providing the ultimate in customer service and satisfaction. Service Advisor Key Responsibilities include: ?? Welcoming all customers at Service Reception in an warm and professional manner, qualifying their needs, agreeing service and repair instructions and booking vehicles into the workshop ?? Management of the customer journey throughout the time their vehicle is on site, liaising with all relevant internal personnel to ensure complete customer satisfaction ?? Closely working with Workshop Controller and Technicians ensuring customers are advised of progress or delays ?? Maximising workshop sales and profitability through having sales minded professionalism and proactively selling products and services to customers ?? Invoice explanation, processing customer payments and conducting customer exit interviews Previous experience working as a motor vehicle service advisor is required. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to multi-task and prioritise in a demanding environment, keeping a level head in times of pressure. Experience in providing high levels of customer satisfaction would also be advantageous. Working Hours are Monday - Friday 8am-5.30pm. and there will also be a requirement to work 1 in 4 Saturday mornings 8am-12 noon. Benefits: Starting salary circa GBP18,000 plus bonus OTE circa GBP25, days annual holiday plus Bank Holidays
