Assistant Retail Marketing Manager - Event Management & Creative Comms
We are currently recruiting for two Assistant Retail Marketing Managers to join our Retail Marketing Management team at Vertu Motors Ltd. We are looking to create a dynamic team to manage the marketing comms, events and lead generation across 9 brands and 35 dealerships. You will be working with a number of well-known automotive manufacturers including Nissan, Renault, Peugeot, Toyota and Hyundai. This role can be based in either our marketing hub in Gateshead or the West Midlands area.
About the Role
Within this role you be focusing on Event Management and Creative Comms. You will have Influence directly over the Marketing outputs for the divisions and support individual retailers. You will provide good quality marketing assets and deliver campaigns for the division in order to drive opportunities to do business. You will be supporting the Retail and After Sales activities in line with manufacturers campaigns, plus Vertu driven projects. You will deliver all activity in line with FCA and manufacturer brand guidelines. This role will report to Head of Strategic Marketing and will work closely with the divisional teams. Your key responsibilities will involve: • Creative delivery and Project management of activity • Deliver impactful creative in line with the group and manufacturer brand guidelines • Manage site POS creative and usage • Manage email campaigns on behalf of the division and individual dealerships • Event Management • Marketing comms and attribution reporting • Preparation and sharing of reports - bespoke to Division, Franchise, Dealerships • Media analysis • Manufacturer Ambassador for the brands we represent • Compliance: Ensure all activity is legally and brand (franchise and Vertu) compliant
For this role we are looking for you to be an exceptional communicator with the ability to influence. You will have experience of working and delivering marketing campaigns and have great commercial awareness. With a bachelor's degree in a relevant field you will have a high regard for standards and attention to detail and will have a creative approach to multi- channel marketing, with particular strength in Media and Digital. Experience of planning, managing and maintaining local marketing budgets is also required.
