An organisation going through an exciting journey and rapid growth based in Coventry are looking for a Resourcing Manager / Business Partner to join their team on initially as 12 month contract, with the possibility of it becoming permanent. Looking for a commercial, innovative and engaging in-house Recruitment professional to work in both an operational and strategic who is keen to improve and modernise the recruitment function! This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fresh team working with the opportunity to shape this role yourself. The role will pay circa GBP50,000 - GBP60,000 p.a + 15% bonus (no car) with some travel each week.
Reporting into the HR Director and working with the wider HR and L&D team you will initially focus on recruiting a range of roles across their Construction before focusing on Head Office roles. Partnering Directors of corporate functions e.g Finance Director, Communications teams, I.T etc and initially Construction Manager's you will support them we are looking for someone to lead and deliver in the attraction and selection, ensuring the right heads are in place at the right time and the right costs to deliver a fully rounded recruitment solution.
We are looking for a Recruitment professional who has experience in the full end to end recruitment life cycle including designing and advertising roles, sourcing candidates through the company database, via social media (LinkedIn, Twitter etc), headhunting, referrals and external adverts - through to managing the interview, assessment and selection process. A key focus will be to pull together both agency and direct hire together. You will ensure you are working closer with agencies whilst increasing direct hire when necessary.
Working strategically with the HR D, Head of HR and HR Business Partner you will use your experience in order to lead on varying projects such as building the brand and looking at the employee value proposition, reviewing the selection process, partnering the Comms and Marketing Directors in order to look at website optimisation and career pages, using social media to recruit, improving the candidate experience and journey, creating vibrant and 'on brand' candidate packs, improving line manager's interviews through training and increasing direct hire and other value add improvements.
