Job Title:Customer Service Representative

Contract:6-month Fixed Term Contract

Hours:Full-time (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday)



Our client is currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join an existing team within their collections department. This is a 6-month Fixed Term Contract and the successful candidate must be able to commit to the full contract.

Duties will include:

*Collection of any accounts currently in payment arrears by telephone, email and letter
*Making recommendations for account modifications
*Sending reminder and default notices
*Reconciling customer accounts
*Preparing reports

Skills and experience required:

*Previous experience of Customer Services and collections
*A background in financial services
*Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
*Strong interpersonal skills and an empathetic approach
*Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills with accuracy and attention to detail
*To be able to 'think on your feet', adapt to change and remain calm under pressure
