We are a small independent company servicing large globally established clients in a fast-moving online industry. Due to increasing regulatory requirements, there is a need to provide additional services for certain aspects of the operations. The primary focus will be to provide weekend coverage analysing customer activity and proactively conducting customer interactions in line with industry regulations. There will also be an opportunity to expand the role to incorporate customer due diligence research activities.

This role would suit someone able to work 2 shifts during the weekend and at least 1 during the week. The shift lengths are relatively flexible and can be negotiated during the interview process. The right candidate must be self-motivated and be able to work productively for extended periods by themselves.

We are located in Wolston which would suit candidates based in the Rugby or Coventry areas. Full training will initially be provided during weekday office hours.

Key tasks

·Responding to algorithm based, system generated alerts

·Reviewing and analysing customer activity

·Initiating interactions through a variety of channels, including telephone*, to provide relevant information and support to the customer.

·Taking appropriate actions based on outcome of customer interactions

·Conducting customer due diligence reviews

·Maintaining clear and concise records

*Please note all telephone calls are outbound and will NOT consist of any cold calling

Key attributes:

·Ability to work well in a small team and on your own (proven history of successfully working in such an environment will be an advantage)

·Confident in independent decision-making ability

·High levels of numeracy, literacy and spoken English

·Personable telephone manner

·Enthusiasm to learn, adapt and develop new skills

·Competence in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and the ability to quickly learn CRM systems and other back office products.
