Fixed Term Contract Opportunity until September 2019.

Hours 37.5 per week – Monday to Friday and 1 in 3 Saturday mornings

A new opportunity is available for a Customer Service Advisor to join our growing 3rd Party Sales channel within McKesson & AAH on a 12 month FTC. If you are passionate about customer service and believe in always putting the customer first this could be the job for you!

The successful candidate will work as part of our professional customer service team, providing a caring, courteous and memorable experience to all customers via various contact methods.

The Customer Service Advisor will be dealing with customers across a diverse range of situations, including handling complaints through to resolution; therefore you will need to clearly capture and document all information accurately and in an organised and methodical manner. He/she will be expected to confidentially handle all calls/tasks quickly and efficiently by taking personal accountability, to help achieve a high standard of customer satisfaction.

The ideal applicant will have previous experience in delivering strong customer service through various channels (telephone work is essential) and confidence in their ability to deal with a range of diverse customer demographics; with real care and compassion, applying sensitivity when dealing with vulnerable customers.

To succeed in this role, it’s important that you possess excellent communication skills both verbally & written and be confident using these on a daily basis.

Location: This role is based at our Support Centre in Coventry, Walsgrave Triangle, CV2 2TX. We are located just off junction 2 of the M6, easily accessible by car. If using public transport, we are 5.5 miles from Coventry train station, approx. 40 minutes by bus from the station.
