Our client company is a leading Independent Financial Advisory firm, established in 1990 and has recently become a public quoted company. Due to continued growth, they are looking to Investment Reporting Administrators to join their Advisory Service and Discretionary Investment Service team. They pride themselves on being a people-based business and promote opportunities for career development within the company wherever possible.

Roles and responsibilities

As an Investment Reporting Administrator, you will be focused on preparing reports in relation to investment advice service / discretionary investment service. You should have a strong attention to detail and be able to ensure all reports follow their processes and procedures. In addition, your role will include supporting with low risk queries. To undertake your duties, you will need to collate and record client data, deliver accurate reports, respond to queries and maintain good diary management / record keeping.

Training and career progression

As a peoples-based business, they believe in their staff and like to maximise professional development where possible. As such, many of their Senior Managers / Supervisors initially joined the business within Junior roles and made excellent progression.

Requirements to be considered

In order to be considered, ideally you should have good knowledge of the Financial Services Market and Investment Products. However, they are happy to consider individuals with proven skills in an Administration role and be able to produce reports from information gathered.
