A growing public sector organisation looking to add a new Pensions Administrator to their finance team on a 12 month contract.
Responsible for the processing data, member benefits and payroll (as applicable to the area of work) for all members.
undertake payroll runs and balance outputs, periodically at the end of the financial year
Dealing with HMRC
Have an understanding of Pension legislations
Analyse complex data and/or member benefits to ensure the right information is held and processed correctly
Account for payments made and to recall payments when appropriate
Deal with customers over the phone
Identify errors, corrections and improvements to data reports
Successful candidate will be immediately available. They will:
- Have payroll experience
- Have experience analysing financial data
- Great on excel (v-look up and pivot tables)
- Good attention to details
- Able to deal with high work volume
Possible Permanent contract upon successful completion of assignment.
