We are looking to bring on board an experienced administrator to join our Occupational Health administration team at our office based out of Coventry.
The core aspect of this role will to be responsible for the day to day administrative tasks that support the delivery of our provider service and support both the inhouse and external teams accordingly and the essential tasks will include payroll, database administration, scanning, photocopying and preparing documentation and reports for our clinical teams and management.
Essential Skills & Experience needed:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Discretion in managing sensitive, personal and confidential matters
Good standard of planning and organisational ability
Ability to remain calm whilst working under pressure, whilst dealing with demanding deadlines maintaining a flexible approach
Previous administrative experience within occupational health or a medical environment with a high level of organisational ability and attention to detail
Experience in dealing with sensitive information in a health environment or an occupational health remit
Significant experience using Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
