Work with the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences Responsible for the Night Auditors on shift Support the Night Manager on day to day operations Ensure that all direct billings are correctly settled Make sure that daily audit tasks are completed and any discrepancies are investigated and reported to the management team Ensure that any Food & Beverage operations are supervised including bar closures Communicate financial results of the day to the leadership team Ensure the guest response platform is updated regularly Create a fantastic environment for customers and team members to relax and enjoy their stay with us.
