Warwick Manufacturing Group based at the University of Warwick are currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant to provide administrative support to the WMG HVMC Catapult Centre Business Development team.

Duties and responsibilities

To support the Business Development Team with general office administration including but not limited to:

• Administration of tasks relation to business development proposals such as chasing contracts, NDA’s, sub-contractors etc

• Data input and collation from business events as required (e.g. to input into CRM)

• Execution of other administrative tasks as may be required by the Business development team

Skills and experience

• Previous administrative experience with high level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Excellent IT Skills-proficient knowledge of Microsoft office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, content management systems

• Excellent organisational skills

• Experience of working to and maintaining deadlines and also adaptive to change

• Ability to work alone and as part of a team- in open plan office environments

• Understanding of confidentiality requirements of clients

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Additional information

This is an immediate start role for 3 months
