About Our Client

A leading sports & Events venue based in the West Midlands.

Job Description

To assist with marketing activities and campaign delivery across all areas of the business and the venue's operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Head of Marketing & Communications with preparation and delivery of marketing plans and activity across all areas of the venue, as well as partnership activation activities
Work with the Creative & Brand Executive and external design agency to ensure all creative is within brand guidelines
Assist with digital marketing and out of home advertising working closely with our buying agencies and media partners, current and prospective
Support the Head of Fan Engagement
Play a key role in preparing and fulfilling events

Essential Experience & Skills

At least three years' solid B2C marketing experience
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Fully computer literate and numerate
A strategic and commercial attitude towards marketing
Solid understanding of social media platforms, latest strategy and techniques
A creative and lateral thinker and energetic team player with a high level of enthusiasm
Good copywriting skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Diplomatic with strong negotiating skills, and the ability to work with initiative and maturity
Willingness to work flexibly when required, including all home matchdays


Microsoft Dynamics CRM working knowledge is a distinct advantage
Adobe Creative Suite working knowledge is an advantage
Marketing based qualifications -HND/Degree Standard
Knowledge of B2B marketing
An interest and awareness of sport
