At REED we are looking for some of the best customer service representatives to work with a top client of ours based in Tamworth (Fazeley)
Our clients is a Global Joining Manufacturer who specialise in Friction and Resistance Welding, supplying machinery and consumables to the likes of BMW, Jaguar Land Rover, Nissan and Volvo.

Job Title: Technical Administrator
Focus: Administration / Customer Service / Sales Support
Location: Tamworth, Fazeley
Salary: £24,000 - £25,000
Hours: 39 Hours, Monday – Friday
20 days annual leave + Bank Holiday.

So what are we looking for?
An experience administrator who has customer service at the forefront of their skillset and a keen desire to assist with the business needs.
A driven employee who has the desire to deliver results and hit the ground running.
A solution driven individual who has a proven record or problem solving and creative thinking.
A helpful and conscientious person who has no qualms about getting stuck into tasks and supporting others.
A candidate with experience working within the Metals / Joinery or Engineering is essential.
A confident communicator with a friendly personality in abundance!

What will my day to day look like?
Administration

• Data Reporting / Managing reports through excel
• Raising Invoices
• Order Processing
• Managing stock availability
• Working closely with the brands design team to support on Marketing initiatives and promote brand awareness (Brochures, Flyers Etc.)

Customer Service
• Managing Customer enquiries
• Managing/ Assisting order enquires / liaising with internal production team on orders raised.
• Building lasting relationships with existing clients to retain business

Sales Support
• Internal Sales – Supporting our existing and new clients in raising their purchase orders.
• Pricing queries

You’ll be great at:
Communicating and building relationships both internally and externally
Complaints Handling, keeping the customer at the forefront at all times.
Delivering service, ensuring every customer and college is left with a great impression of you and the brand.

You’ll be even greater at:
Excel & All Microsoft packages
Working to deadlines
