The Role
Keen to appoint an experienced and dynamic individual with management experience of DevOps teams and Cloud Infrastructure Operations.

The Cloud Support & Delivery Manager will be accountable for the day to day operational run, governance, design and development of MS Azure workloads.

This is an ideal time to join the cloud team to help shape the operation.

The ideal candidate will have hands on experience in defining and introducing cloud / DevOps processes and practices, be familiar with agile approaches, Kanban and have deep experience of providing a cloud based service to a wide customer base.

Strong leadership is a must, and also the ability to build relationships with both business and IT stakeholders.

The successful candidate will play a key technical role in the ensuring the cloud infrastructure delivers a modern working experience meeting the needs of the business.

Degree, equivalent to UK 2nd class honours, or equivalent industry experience.
Formal qualification in DevOps or experience of running Agile teams
ITIL Foundations

Experience and Knowledge
Experience running DevOps / agile teams in cloud environments
Experience of deploying software and hardware at enterprise level.
Experience of effective service management and delivering world class operational support and incident resolution - in both on-premise and Cloud based environments.
Financial services (preferred).
