GEZE UK now has a part time vacancy for a Payroll/ Accounts Clerk based at our Fradley office.

Job Description:
The main responsibility of the role is for all elements of Payroll and liaison with the Payroll Bureau. Duties will include but are not limited to:
• Collation of payroll information from within the company and submission to payroll bureau
• Calculation of statutory pay entitlements and correspondence (SMP, SSP, SPP )
• Administration of company benefits and vehicle information for P46 and P11D’s
• Enrolment of eligible employees into company pension scheme and pension administration
• Input of absence onto ADP and collation of absence data
• Identify, investigate and resolve discrepancies in timesheet and payroll records
• Payroll reporting
• Processing of monthly expenses
Also required to assist Accounts Supervisor with Accounts Payable as and when necessary. Duties to include:
• Processing of Data input; verification of invoices and query resolution
• Any Other duties as allocated by the Accounts Supervisor and Finance Director


    Payroll experience Ability to work in an organised, orderly manner and meet deadlines Computer Literacy with good knowledge of MS Excel, email and accounting packages – knowledge of SAP and ADP Freedom is an advantage although training will be given Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team Flexibility and self-motivation. Confidentiality is essential

This role is part-time – 24hrs per week.
