Customer Service Advisor - Cannock
Our Cannock based client are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to start ASAP. Do not miss out on this fantastic opportunity.
Duties Include:·Handling a high volume inbound calls from customers ·Managing and processing customer orders and enquiries·Following up enquiries·Understanding and identifying sales opportunities and liaising with external sales team accordingly·Contacting manufacturers to check part number stock availability & prices·Liaising with customers of order progress·Managing customer concerns and respond in a timely manner ·Identifying part numbers from exploded views ·Liaising with Technical for advice when applicable·Processing payments whilst acknowledging confidential legalities·Managing emails, fax & web based enquiries·Ensuring workplace health & safety requirements are met·Completing general administrative duties·Implementing, maintaining and improving the Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001
Candidate Requirements:·Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role ·Educated to A Level or equivalent in English & Maths ·Excellent written and verbal communication skills·Positive telephone manner ·Fully IT Literate with excellent keyboard skills ·Excellent listening skills·Ability to work under pressure in a busy working environment·Handle complaints in a calm, professional and helpful manner·Ability to multitask & problem solve·Effective team player and the ability to work on own initiative
Working hours are optional at either 09:00 am to 17:30 pm OR 08:30 am to 17:00 pm.
Salary is fixed at £18,364
