Salary - Up to £36,295.60 (Depending on experience)

Full Time / Permenant – 36 hours flexible working week

Location – Based in Telford and working within Shropshire, Staffordshire and the West Midlands.

The role:-

We are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced individual wanting to develop and further their career. This role takes responsibility for fire safety management, fire risk assessment, follow-up repairs and actions tracking for the Group properties, ensure the Group meets its statutory and non-statutory fire safety responsibilities in relation to legislation and building regulations and able to provide professional advice, embracing all areas of fire safety management. Working within the wider Property Team- made up of Asset Management, H&S, Gas Safety, Facilities Management and Property Development.

The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in areas related to fire safety and property management, procurement, contract management and staff management. They will be able to communicate with a range of people, from customers to senior management, both verbally and in writing, with a flexible approach to work and a can do attitude to delivering the highest levels of fire safety management and customer service.
