Our client is seeking an ICT First Line Support Officer to join them on a contract basis for 3 months (with possibility of extension) to cover a peak in expected Office 365 calls.

The post will mainly be covering 1st line support calls from over 5000 users.

To be successful for this role, you will need to have the following:

* Experience of providing technical support within a busy office
* Office 365 experience
* 5GCSE Grade C and above or recognized equivalent
* Good communication and networking skills
* Good organizational skills
* Good customer care skills
* ITIL Awareness
* Relevant technical qualification
* Experience of working in a support environment
* Good ICT Technical Knowledge
* Awareness of ICT technical infrastructure
