Our client, based in Tamworth town centre, is recruiting a Payroll Administrator to join their busy team.

Duties

·Processing weekly and monthly payrolls including preparation of all payroll forms and letters, liaising with clients and responding to all queries.

·Starters and Leavers.

·SMP, SPP, SSP, SAP.

·Processing deductions e.g. CSA, Attachment of Earnings, Student Loans, etc.

·Manage auto-enrolment process for pension scheme.

·Process annual P60’s, P45’s.

·Produce relevant reports required by clients.

·Responsible for employees changes e.g. tax code changes, name change , change of address

·Keep up to date client files within payroll department.

·General filing/scanning.

·Any other ad hoc duties that may be required.

Qualifications/Skills and Experience

·Thorough knowledge of payroll.

·Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with all clients.

·Excellent word and Excel Skills and sage.
