Litigation NQ Solicitor
We have recently been instructed by our client, a leading full-service law firm in Warwickshire, in relation to an opportunity for a NQ Litigation Solicitor to join their growing Litigation team. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a NQ Litigation Solicitor who is seeking a varied and challenging role on qualification.
About the role
This busy Litigation team undertake a wide range of litigation matters including commercial and business litigation, property litigation, professional negligence, probate/trust disputes and related issues such as insolvency issues, debt recovery and road traffic law. As such, as an NQ, you would have a broad litigious caseload thus giving you well rounded exposure.
Daily tasks of the Litigation Solicitor will include handling settlement negotiations, dealing with disclosure, researching intricate points of law and assisting with business development initiatives.
About the person
The NQ Litigation Solicitor will be a UK qualified solicitor with at least 6 months experience gained in a Commercial or Civil Litigation seat at a comparable firm. Candidates with more experience will also be considered. In addition, the NQ Litigation Solicitor must be a competent advocate, able to present orally and conduct negotiations when required.
Alongside an exceptional academic record, key skills that the NQ Litigation Solicitor must possess include a keen attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, a thirst for knowledge, client focus and the ability to identify and develop appropriate networking opportunities.
