37 Hours • Mon-Thurs 08:00-16:30 Fri: 08:00-13.00 (Plus flexi time policy as applicable)

Arden Personnel are recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk for a very successful automotive company in Warwick.

Day to Day Duties
You will be responsible for:

Receiving and processing very large volumes of supplier invoices.
Ensuring payments are made within the agreed payment terms.
Assisting with receiving and distribution of daily post.
Scanning and logging of suppliers invoices for traceability purposes.
Processing suppliers invoices for payment.
Logging and distributing query invoices for investigation.
Liaising with other departments where necessary.

The Successful Applicant
To be considered for the Purchase Ledger role you will need;

Previous experience in a very busy purchase ledger department.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of working with manufacturing accounting packages would be an advantage.
Able to process large volumes of invoices via a three-way match.
Able to work on own initiative.
