Cygnet Health Care are excited to announce 2 new services opening January 2019!

Stoke – 78 & 86 Uttoexeter Road are 2 6 bed residential homes for adults with ASD/LD.

In this role you'll:

- Provide a high standard of organisational and administrative support to the home.
- Prepare and issue regular Management Reports within the prescribed timescales.
- Undertake ad-hoc work the Senior Managers Team i.e. minute taking at meetings etc.
- Process receipt of monies against patients/residents accounts and record details.
- Maintain accurate records of all petty cash transactions
- Process all payroll information on a weekly basis.
- Answer the telephone and respond to all enquiries in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Setting up and managing personnel files along with the employee personnel database
- Managing invoices and petty cash
- Managing the recruitment onboarding process ie. Offer letters, contracts, references, DBS checks

We're looking for people who have:

- Administration experience in a similar health care setting
- Be flexible and prioritise workloads
- Problem solving
- Decision making
- Able to work on your own initiative
- Experience of dealing with a range of sensitive and confidential issues
- Ability to remain calm under pressure / when dealing with difficult situations
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Highly proficient in the use of Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Windows and the internet
