Marks Sattin are working in partnership with a leading business in Willnecote who are looking to recruit an ambitious Purchase Ledger, initially on a temporary basis for a period of 6 months for a house building company.
As a crucial member of the Accounts Payable team you will report to the Accounts Payable Manager. In order to be successful you will gain healthy relationships with clients to establish a booming reconciliation service maintaining a positive rapport with clients in a target driven environment.
Duties that you will carry out on a day-to-day basis will be ones of general accounts payable functions. You will be given assignments of matching purchase orders to invoices and report correct sales taxes by calculating requirements on paid invoices. Building relations with internal department in order to adhere to company financial policies and procedures.
Ideally you will have prior experience within Accounts Payable roles as well as strong communicational skills and the ability to learn and work in fast paced highly successful environment.
