Field based, and working across Shropshire and North Wales area, specifically Shrewsbury, Telford, Oswestry, Wrexham and parts of North Wales.

Salary per annum: £22,000 to £25,000 (dependant on experience) + Bonus - OTE £35k.

Our client has an exciting opportunity for a proven Field Sales Manager to join them within their rapidly expanding direct sales business, in support of local hospice care, working closely with Local hospices throughout the UK.

As part of the Field Sales Management Team you will be able to demonstrate your leadership and motivational skills and contribute to an already successful organisation.

The Field Sales Manager will support the Managing Director by providing ongoing training and in field coaching to all sales staff. The purpose of the role is to recruit, induct, manage, motivate and train a team of new and existing, employed and self- employed field based sales people. To promote memberships to the public on behalf of our partner hospices in support of hospice care through door to door activity to achieve client and company goals.

Key Responsibilities of a Field Sales Manager.

* Motivating sales staff to ensure business sales targets are achieved

* Providing on-going sales training and in-field coaching.

* Maximising the productivity of each individual sales team member by setting clear expectations so they deliver their targets and forecasts every month

* Supporting the Regional Sales Manager to increase sales through training

* Ensuring sales staff are working compliantly in line with company processes, relevant legislation & best practice.

* Developing action plans to increase performance and productivity of under-performing team members.

* Continually looking for ways to increase sales and improve efficiency.

Skills Required of a Field Sales Manager:

* Previous experience working within a direct sales environment.

* Proven track record of team leading & mentoring.

* Strong sales experience, with proven experience of meeting and exceeding sales targets set.

* Ability to take ownership within the role, with the desire to succeed
